JIMMY CUPPLES EASTER SUNDAY SOULTRAIN

Jimmy Cupples and Wired make their long awaited return to Sunday Soultrain at Davey’s on Easter Sunday March 27 in a free show from 3pm. Described as one of Australia’s biggest rock voices, Jimmy has been a familiar face on local stages and a standout at major venues right across the country.

With a successful campaign nationally on The Voice, Jimmy’s career highlights also include supporting legendary acts like Deep Purple, Dionne Warwick and more recently his soaring Robert Plant style vocals landed him a feature vocal role in Whole Lotta Love alongside Jack Jones at Melbourne’s Palais Theatre.

James migrated from Britain in 1970 and was born into singing family. He toured around with his parents from an early age. Since then James has worked on the Midday Show, Steve Vizard Show, IMT (In Melbourne Tonight), Denise Drysdale, GMA with Bert Newton and toured the US performing in over fifteen venues which finished up with performances at the legendary “Whiskey A Go Go”.

Jimmy’s band Wired present a Rock’n Roll catalogue of songs so challenging that most vocalists would fear including Deep Purple, Queen, Foreigner and Led Zepplin along with all the rockin’ blues based classics from Gary Moore, Bad Company, Stevie Right, Hendrix and more.

Don’t miss Jimmy Cupples and Wired as they return to Sunday Soultrain on Easter Sunday March 27 at Davey’s, Frankston in a free show from 3pm. For more details visit www.daveys.com.au
