4TH CRANBOURNE’S BATTLE OF THE BANDS
The 4th of July will be the date housing Cranbourne’s Battle Of The Bands which will be headlined by Sierra and Glorified. Head on down to Cranbourne Community Hall (Cnr Clarendon and High Streets, Cranbourne) to see their local talent battle it out for a chance to play at Pushover Festival.
6TH PAY WHAT YOU WISH – HEAT 1 & ESPY ARTIST SHOWDOWN
The 6th will house two events, Pay What You Wish at OLP Ringwood, which brings together an incredible line up of talent including Frankston’s’ own Ocean Grove, best part, you pay what you think this line-up is worth! (min $2) Not what you’re looking for? Well you’re in luck, The Espy Artist Showdown is being held in The Espy St Kilda (11 The Esplanade, St Kilda) head on down for a display of up coming talent, including guest acts Prosthesis of Mind and Chapter Ray.

On July 12th be sure to catch the first heats of Fresh Entertainments annual Battle of the Bands. Head down to Seaford Community Hall to watch our collection of Seaford talent battle it out for an opportunity to play at the Pushover Festival. Headlined by Beautiful Beasts this heat of Battle of the Bands is sure to be intense.
19TH SEAFORD BATTLE OF THE BANDS – HEAT 2
After catching the first heat of Battle Of The Bands at Seaford Community Hall, you’d be a goose to miss out on heat 2. This heat is definitely the clash of the genres, having hardcore, skate rock, and heavy metal battle it out to gain the chance to play at Pushover Festival, this particular heat headlined by Swim Through Seasons.
20TH LILYDALE FEELS FEST & ESPY ARTIST SHOWDOWN HEAT 2
The 20th hosts Feels Fest 12 emotionally filled hardcore bands to play an incredibly cheap gig, for just $15 at the door, you can experience the most noted of Melbourne and some up and coming melodic hardcore bands. Head down to Bridge Builders Youth Organisation (1st floor 231 Main St, Lilydale) to share some feels with other music lovers Want some raw talent for the night? The Espy Artist Showdown Heat 2 will be taking place, a great display of raw talent with guest acts from Awomadah Fig, Coastline and Michael Hickling.
25TH BURIED IN VERONA
Buried in Verona head down to Phoenix Youth Hall (72 Buckley Street, Footscray), bringing Antagonist and Stories with them this notorious band will be playing an all-ages show be sure to get your tickets to avoid it being sold out!
