Amazing Art & Craft

Derinya Art and Craft Exhibition attracts artists from the Mornington Peninsula and statewide. Over a hundred individual artists, established and emerging, exhibit paintings, photography and sculpture while craftspeople show off more than 3500 uniquely beautiful pieces of jewellery, blown glass, ceramics and textile arts. Every artistic passion is catered for offering a rare opportunity for art patrons to purchase an original piece of art at attractive prices.

Anna Blatman and Kylie Sirett are this year’s featured fine artists with Fee Mahey featuring in craft and David Boyer selected for jewellery with his Mabel Designs. McClelland Gallery’s Senior Curator, Jenny Teale is this year’s judge.

Opening night admission includes two drinks from Underground Wineries or Mornington Peninsula Brewery, as well as, scrumptious canapés throughout the evening – all for a mere twenty dollars admission helping raise funds to support this superb school. Ruby Tarts Café is open all weekend serving up tasty treats with hot and cold drinks.  Don’t forget to see the wonderful children’s artwork while you’re there.
